That’s why everything we offer lives inside a thoughtfully designed cycle. It’s consistent. It’s nourishing. It’s paced just right to carry you through momentum and rest —
both essential for growth.
The 12-Week Cycle
Each quarter, we offer a 6 or 12-week container for practice, integration, fantastic mind & heart opening experiences, and community connection.
This cycle is divided into two 6-week blocks:
Cycle 1: Establishing a flow, tools, and self-awareness
Cycle 2: Applying what you’ve learned, layering it with advancing work
> Classes build week to week
> Members are encouraged to attend consistently
> Themes evolve inspired by Natural Law cycles
Cycles Include
Each week includes:
Asana-based movement practices
Meditation, mantra, and kriya sessions
Daily micro practice challenge
Reset/Recharge + NeuroAcoustic Recovery
Access to a community event (Spa Social, Community Day)
Optional skills practice and journal prompts in the YHC app
