21-Day Challenge: We Be Pranee

Our 21-Day Challenge is a 3-week long guided live practice series designed to reset your body, mind, and spirit through just 11 minutes a day of Aerobic Har. You’ll join a supportive community each morning at 9p ET (or as often as you can) to boost circulation, release stress, and build vitality through group energy and accountability.

Along with the daily live sessions, you’ll receive a digital guide with one bonus replay and reflection prompts to help deepen your practice. Show up, feel the momentum, and give your system the upgrade it deserves — all for just $27.

Pranee means Being of Prana — which is what we are. Every one of us is a vessel of Life Force Energy.

This progressive practice begins with simple breathing exercises, then gradually layers on mantra and more complex breathwork. It is fun, challenging, and mind-expanding — all for the purpose of experiencing the fullness of our existence. When we know who we truly are, what is not possible?

This is not a pre-recorded course — it’s a live practice series where the group energy helps you stay consistent and motivated. If you miss a session, your Pranayama Companion Guide will help keep you on track. The guide includes daily reflection prompts and a simple way to track your participation, keeping you engaged and accountable throughout the 21 days.

  • Practice 11 minutes of Prana + Mantra — standing or seated, so it’s accessible for all levels.

  • Use your Pranayama Companion Guide to track your progress and dive into reflection prompts.

What if I join late?
You can join anytime during the first 7 days. You’ll get access to all remaining live sessions, our message group, and your Detox Companion.

Is this practice beginner-friendly?
Yes! We Be Pranee is accessible to all — you can do it standing or seated. It’s energizing without being overwhelming, making it great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
